Proclamation of Ethical Management

To take another leap forward as “a company that valuesthe basics and principles and takes a fair and transparent path by accomplishing our given tasks,” all our employees shall enact the code of ethics and detailed operating guidelines to practice them as our new commitment.
All employees shall do their best to “institutionalize ethical management” by making ethical thinking and behavior a daily routine.

To practice ethical management, we shall abide by relevant laws and regulations, respect the principles of order and fair competition in the global competitive market, value the company’s social responsibility, and enhance corporate value by establishing a new corporate perspective through fair and transparent management. Through these, we shall raise the level of joint development with all stakeholders, including customers, with confidence.

The high ethical standards we secure shall be naturally achieved with our healthy corporate culture that indicates the voluntary participation of each employee rather than stipulated regulations, and we shall inherit and develop the standards as our beautiful tradition.
